Using interval training on mini trampolines (rebounders) is an excellent way to increase your metabolism and burn fat quickly. Rebounding is suitable for most people with fitness levels from beginners to advanced.
Interval training on mini trampolines is simply an exercise routine that alternates between low and high intensities of exercise. It has been shown to burn more fat and calories than regular cardio workouts do.
Beginners should start with a slow gentle bounce for their low intensity routine and a higher faster bounce for their high intensity routine - alternating between the gentle bounce and the faster bounce.
